Crusty submarine surprised
Ingredients :  
4 Submarine breads or any other kind
15 ml (tbsp) Butter, margarine or oil
½ Chopped onions
2 to 4 Smoked sausages cut in little pieces
398 ml (1 can) Clark Beans with maple syrup
125 ml (1/2 cup) Grated cheese (at your choice)
15 ml (1 tbsp) Mettle butter or margarine
4 Sheets of aluminium paper

Method:

Preheat oven at 400ºF. Cut bread in 2 pieces without separating them completely. Withdraw the crumb. Heat butter or margarine in non-stick skillet cook onions and add the smoked sausages. Stir the beans and mix. Stuffed the bread with this, garnish with cheese, closed them. Brush the submarines with mettle butter or margarine. Envelop them with the aluminium paper and put on a cookie plate and baked 6 to 10 minutes on the oven.
