Soup meal
Ingredients :  
60 ml (4 tbsp) Butter or margarine with oil
2 Chopped onions
10 to 12 Mushrooms
½ Chopped Clove of garlic
850 ml (3 1/3 cups) Fresh tomatoes or in can
4 to 6 Branch of parsley
1.5 l (6 cups) Beef broth
398 ml (1 can) Clark Dark brown beans with pork & molasses
200 g Grated cheese (Cheddar, Gruyere, Mozzarella 15% or
Emmenthal cheese)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 to 3 Basil or origan pinches (optional)
3 to 5 Slices of bread in croutons

Method:

Heat butter or margarine in a casserole, cook onions and mushrooms. Add chopped clove garlic. Stir in tomatoes (with juice) and parsley. Salt & pepper to taste. Add broth beef and the Clark Dark brown beans with pork & molasses can an simmer 20 to 30 minute. Served with croutons et grated cheese.

This soup can constitute a complete meal with whole a corn bread section.
